Each package is different, dependant on the number and frequency of tasks undertaken, and are priced including and excluding a pool. Whilst we have carefully chosen the content of each package, we are able to create a package to your own requirements should you wish. In order to provide you with the right package and therefore annual cost, we of course need to know more about your requirements and property. A senior member of our team will be happy to visit your property by appointment to discuss your specific requirements in detail.

Should you rent your property through a company or just want friends and family to have a relaxed time whilst staying at your property without the hassle of cleaning, pool management and laundry changes etc, we operate a separate rental package offering the following services:

* Beginning of Season Pool Commissioning (option)

This package can be tailored to suit your needs and will incur a separate charge to our management packages, as it is difficult to anticipate your requirements in advance. We will invoice you monthly for this service. CONNEX, INC. will supply all equipment and materials required to operate this service, unless agreed otherwise. *Optional for stays of one week or less. Advisable for stays of more than 1 week.
